I will be using these two colors for the background of my magazine. I am using dark colors because they don't stand out and with the bright neon colors below on top of them it supports them to stand out. The brighter colors gives the magazine a nightclub feel to it as in nightclubs strobe lights and disco lights are extremely popular. So when you are reading the magazine it puts you In a setting.
